Processing Time
We process orders within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50 or more within the United States.

For orders under $50:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@zpcosmetics.com so we can resolve the issue.
